Our location defines nature's true beauty, but does not provide exceptional shipping options or services. 

Due to the uncertainty of additional freight and duties caused by the tariff situation we are pausing shipments to the US for now.

Flat rate shipping of $25 dollars will be applied to all purchases within Canada. All orders will be  shipped via Canada Post with tracking provided unless you choose the FedEx option (to be used during any Canada Post strike).

Canada Post picks up from the local office only once a day, Monday - Friday (There is no pick-up on holidays) in the Village, so requests for overnight or two day delivery are not available - since the service cannot be provided by Canada Post due to our location.  We will try our best to get your purchase shipped as soon as possible, but please note the shipping confirmation and drop off may take a few days.  

Returns or exchanges are accepted.  For returns or exchanges, the return freight to Creek Side Gifts will be covered by the customer (so get the sizing/color right the first time) the replacement freight to the customer of the exchanged item will be covered by Creek Side Gifts.  If you are returning the product, the original purchase price and original freight charge (not the return freight) will be refunded when the store receives the item back in acceptable condition, and original packaging.  Note if you are returning only a portion of an original shipment the refunded shipping will be adjusted according to the number of original items shipped.  

In the case of damages (it happens, but not often, we are excellent packers) refund in full or replacement.  Replacement freight will be covered by Creek Side Gifts.
